Q1: Do you manufacture the motor by your own? What type motor you use?
Yes, we have our own motor production line. And we strictly control the motor quality by ourselves. Mostly, we produce 100% fully copper brushless DC motor at our advantage. But we also produce AC motor if order needed.
Q2: Can I customize LED?
Yes. Commonly, we adopt LED with 3 color with memory function, CCT 3000/4500/6000K. Dimmable function for choice. LED customization is acceptable, such as only 4500K only with Dimming.
Q3: Can I change the product color?
Yes. Black / White / Nickel / Bronze / Gold / Gray / Brass / Chrome / Silver are option for the fixture color. For the fan blades color, different color for choice, such as Black / White / Bronze / Gold / Cherry / Maple / Walnut or any other Burlywood.
Q4: What certificate you have?
We have CE for EU market, ETL for North American market and CB for other markets. And we will be glad to meet the other specific market access requirements.
